Secondary hold down kits are essential when using Westcans cab guard without rail caps. Since Westcan has the original no drill install we utilize the stake pockets on your truck to secure the cab guard. This means that you only have one mounting point when using a cab guard with a standard install kit. The secondary hold down kit is the second anchor point that will make your Westcan cab guard rigid and ready to protect your truck or pack a load. You have selected your style of cab guard, now you need to select your installation kit. These all aluminum installation kits are vehicle specific and are necessary to install your cab guard to your truck. This cab guard install kit allows you to adapt a cross over tool box to your Westcan cab guard or complete truck rack. This kit will work on cross over tool boxes up to 72? wide on full size trucks and 68? on compact trucks. The crossover kit is all aluminum construction and comes complete with no drill stake pocket inserts and non corrosive hardware to ensure that you will never see rust on the rack or your truck.
